I've been vegetarian since I was 4, and for health reasons have eliminated all dairy products (but butter is ok!). Where possible I like to buy organic, and where applicable, fairly traded.

Soya is extremely versatile, but it's best incarnation in my opinion is tempeh. I also like some of the dairy alternatives: soya cream cheese (Tofutti) and soya ice-cream (Swedish Glace).

Chocolate is one of my favourite things. Favourite brands are: Green & Blacks (they also make a wonderful drinking chocolate :drool: ) and Cocoa Tree. I also love chocolate coated marzipan, and Booja-booja truffles.
